As a Corporate Customer Support Specialist, you will provide support to Corporate Relationship Managers in the preparation and coordination of financing transactions, ensuring high-quality and efficient processes as well as professional cooperation with clients.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate the preparation of customer financing and other agreements
• Resolve problem situations, maintain credit files, and monitor compliance with special conditions
• Prepare credit proposals in accordance with the bank’s risk policy
• Prepare documentation for participation in tenders and procurement procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with the bank’s existing and potential clients
• Participate in marketing activities and their planning
• Take part in IT development projects by representing business interests
• Collaborate with OP colleagues in other countries.
About you
• At least 3 years of experience in a bank or other financial institution in corporate customer service
• Strong analytical and sales skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Higher education in finance or economics.
• Excellent Latvian and English language skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage (English language proficiency is required because the role involves communication with international colleagues and customers, as well as the use of internal systems and documentation that are available only in English).
